BANK OF THE SAN JUANS ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS AND NEW ADDITIONS

DURANGO - Bank of the San Juans has promoted Duffy McKay to Credit Administration Officer.

Duffy McKay, who was hired to the bank as a loan processor in March 2005, now oversees the loan processing and loan servicing department. McKay attended Fort Lewis College, has completed several American Institute of Banking courses and has over 8 years of banking experience. As an officer of the bank, McKay reinforces the bank's internal service culture through leadership and training. Duffy McKay is married to Clark McKay and has two children, Ashley and Clark. Clark is attending college at the Front Range Community College in Fort Collins and Ashley is a 2006 Durango High School graduate.

Bank of the San Juans has promoted Millicent Davidovich to Operations Officer and Assistant Branch Manager of the Downtown Durango Branch.

Davidovich, who was hired to the bank as a customer service representative in March 2005, now supervises the teller line, manages account relationships and ensures that operations regulations are complied with. Davidovich has three years of banking experience and has an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting and CAD Technologies from the High Tech Institute in Phoenix, AZ. She actively volunteers through the bank to help Relay for Life, United Way, Disabled Veterans and plays on the bank's softball team. Millicent Davidovich is a Durango native, married to husband Steve Davidovich and has a son, Devin Donovan Davidovich.

Bank of the San Juans has hired Kim Caldwell as loan processor.

Caldwell is primarily responsible for processing loan requests and assisting the loan officers. Caldwell has a degree in Community Rehabilitation from Mount Royal College in Calgary Alberta, Canada. She has four and a half years of banking experience. Prior to banking, Caldwell worked as a National Sales Associate for TV stations in Canada. Kim Caldwell is married to Daren Caldwell and has a daughter, Grace Caldwell.

Bank of the San Juans has hired Sherry Exum to be a Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Branch in Durango.

Exum, who has customer service experience, has been hired to assist in the areas of operations and customer service at the Downtown Durango Branch. She recently moved to the area from Florida and has worked at the La Plata County Humane Society. Prior to moving to Durango, Sherry Exum owned her own day care facility for 12 years. Exum is married to Vince Mortellaro and has two children, Jessy Exum and Kaley Exum.
